About TRENDnet AC1750

The TRENDnet AC1750 Dual Band Wireless Router produces the ultimate wireless experience with gigabit wireless speeds. Manage two wireless networks-the 1300 Mbps Wireless AC band for the fastest wireless available and the 450 Mbps Wireless N band to connect common wireless devices. The TEW-812DRU can easily handle the demands of multiple HD streams in a busy connected home.

Plug in a USB flash or NAS drive to share HD videos and music across the network. Gigabit ports on the back of the router maintain high speed wired connections. Create a secure isolated guest network for guest internet access. Beamforming technology directs the strongest signal to each connected device. Multiple-MIMO technology enables communication with multiple devices simultaneously. Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) connects other WPS supported wireless adapters at the touch of a button. Manage access to websites and file types with advanced access controls.

Save Your Money

from Seattle, WA  -  High bandwidth user

Worked for 20 minutes then would no longer establish an Internet connection. USA/Canada customer service did not answer the phone so I called the other help number. Got a guy in India who hung up on me after he took all my details. Returned item to Adorama for refund. Will purchase a different brand.

Worked 20 Minutes, Terrible Tech Support

from Seattle, WA  -  High bandwidth user

Plugged it in, got an Internet connection for about 20 minutes. After that it failed to make a connection again. Spent hours trying to figure it out. Finally called tech support and got someone in India who hung up on me after I gave him all the details. He had no idea anyway how to help me. USA tech support was out to lunch all day long. Left a message and they returned my call three days later. By that time I had already returned the router to Adorama for a refund. Advice: Buy a different product!
