The Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5230 15.6" Notebook PC has everything a first-timer needs - dual-core power and an AMD E1-1200 processor, using AMD's A68M chipset. It's paired with 4GB of fast DDR3 1066MHz RAM, perfect for multi-tasking without overloading the processors.

Mid-range users and web users will appreciate the little nuances, like the integrated microphone and webcam, or the inclusion of 802.11 b/g/n wireless, so they can surf throughout the house and the neighborhood. This notebook also comes with built in stereo speakers and a beautiful 15.6" TruBrite LED backlit display with a native resolution of 1366 x 768 and support for 720p content.
