The Toshiba Satellite L955-S5360 15.6" Notebook Computer from Toshiba delivers performance and portability in one package. It has a 15.6" TruBrite display with a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio, which is also the standard for HDTVs. The screen is also backlit with LED lamps, which use less power and provide better picture quality than their CCFL counterparts. The 1366 x 768 native resolution is powered by integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000.
This ASUS computer features the Windows 8 operating system. With a redesigned Start screen and an emphasis on tiles that update real-time and multi-touch gesture support, Windows 8 provides a unique user experience.
The system is powered by a dual-core 1.8GHz Intel Core i3-3217U processor. It also has 4GB of 1600MHz DDR3 RAM, a 640GB 5400rpm hard drive, a SuperMulti DVD burner, a 6-in-1 media card reader, 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet, an integrated webcam and microphone.
