Tether Tools Aero Power Strip with Hook & Loop

I ordered this as park of a tethering set up with the plan of attaching it under the tether table I have on a Avenger roller stand and plugging in my iMac and drive to avoid the need for an extension cable on the floor of my studio. I had assumed that as this was designed by tether tools it would be sufficiently long to allow some maneuverability and unfortunately I hadn't checked the specs but at only 3' long the cord doesn't even reach the floor so the only way it would be usable would be for me to located the tether table against a wall - which totally negates any benefits it would offer me. I will be returning this and buying a standard surge protection strip from Lowes with a 9' cord for less money and velcro or zip tie it to the base of the table myself. Adorama, the length of the cord should be stated in the item title or overview!
