I use it to carry my cameras plus lenses and accesories like battery chargers, flash and/or ipad or laptop. I like the main compartment and the back compartment. the two front pockets are not camera friendly and the front flap is not made to really carry much.

This seemed like the right size but when full of stuff was way too heavy because cameras are made of glass and metal, both heavy. Also it stores more than it seems. Also a little bigger in overall size than I needed. If you have this much stuff you will need a wheeled cart unless you are a msucleman on the side.

I need a transport bag for trips and a carry bag while "there". When traveling on business or pleasure, I need to carry either a laptop or iPad (of late) as well as my Nikon D300s and 2-3 lenses (up to the Nikkor 80-400). I have used a LowePro Classified 250 but it is just too large and way to heavy if "filled" and too big for a carry bag. I just took this ThinkTank UD 50 on a trip with an iPad, D300s, 18-200 Nikkor and 12-24 Nikkor and it worked beautifully. Large enough to transport my gear with related cables, chargers, batteries, memory cards, meds, and similar field supplies and comfortable enough (and not too heavy) for a carry bag. Could have squeezed in a 3rd lens or a flash if needed. The strap is OK but not great. I use a Victorinox Comfort Fit Shoulder Strap that came with some luggage as it offers more comfort and less slip - especially lugging through airports. The TT strap could be improved.

Searched for the perfect item for my recent trip to Ukraine. This is it! Perfect size for carry on luggage (plus lockable with standard luggage locks), light and discreet for daily urban hikes and treks, padded protection for laptop and camera w/accessories and lenses, spacious enough for all carry on items (change of clothes, etc) and all my gear! Stop searching! This IS the perfectly designed camera/laptop bag for every day and travel uses.

This will hold more gear than you ever imagined and a 15.4" laptop! (Check dimensions for exact size of the compartment). It is very similar to the Urban Disguise 40 except that it features the added rear compartment. The front compartment will hold a wide angle with a hood attached, a 24-70 2.8 with the hood, a 70 -200 2.8 with the hood reversed, AND two pro size DSLRs in the expandable front pockets (without lenses attached). A regular size DSLR, with a lens attached, can also be carried straight down inside the main compartment. Strobes or water bottles fit into the side stretch pockets, as well.
