slim bag with shoulder & handle options
This is my second Tucano bag. I really like their designs. I loved the first but the bottom corners eventually wore out--not that it owed me much given the steady use I gave it. I'd give this 5 stars but I'm reserving judgment because I don't know about the wear of the corners. However, at this price, and given the other features, it was a no-brainer to get a replacement. I've done a lot of online shopping and didn't see anything near this in style/size/price.
There are three things I really like about this bag:
-- Sleekness. It's cool looking and the 13" Macbook Pro fits perfectly. There's some extra room and pockets for extras--enough for a man or a light-traveling woman. But because this is so minimalist, it also works as a second item along with a purse (which is what I do--modularize!). Don't worry about some combination of charger, e-reader, phone, pen, cards, papers, extra glasses, or whatever--but don't expect to stick your gym things in here!
-- The carrying options. You can wear it on one shoulder, cross-chest, and/or hold it by the handles. I get shoulder pain if I carry a laptop on the same shoulder all the time, and it's great to be able to just hold this in a hand.
-- The color. I'm a black-wearer, but I like having a bright, noticeable, cheerful laptop case. I hope the color will prevent me from forgetting it, make it easy to see when lighting is dim, and deter theft.
I used to get compliments on my old Tucano bag and now I'm getting compliments on this one.
