Nice, although ...

This is a good shotgun mic for the amateur or prosumer videographer looking to minimize ambient sound when recording. The power switch is a bit awkward to get to, especially if you have large fingers. I can deal with that, but it's almost impossible to tell if the switch is on or off. I marked the back end of the mic barrel with colored tape so I can tell at a glance the appropriate position for the power switch. Not a huge deal, but enough for me to knock off a star.
