The Grass Valley Storm 3G is a PCI Express Card-based hardware that allows you to perform multi-format 3G-SDI editing. The package includes the Storm 3G PCI Express x4 Bus Card, EDIUS 6 software installation DVDs and the EDIUS USB dongle.

You are provided with reference input support for blackburst and tri-level sync support. Machine control-based external VTR ingest and optional VTR emulation software enable you to control an EDIUS workstation like a VTR for direct playout from the workstation. Precisely synchronized full resolution preview of effects and content are available from the EDIUS timeline. The hardware board can be used for any mix of high-definition and standard-definition (HD and SD) video content, unlimited video, audio, title and graphics layers and any combination of real-time effects.
