Kramer Electronics PT-101HXL HDMI Repeater, 2.25Gbps Max Data Rate

The Kramer Electronics HDMI Repeater is a line driver/repeater used to extend transmission distances for HDMI video signals. Using reclocking and equalization, the repeater rebuilds the digital signal for long distance transmission and allows cascading of multiple repeaters to further extend the transmission length. In addition, it offers a range extension of up to 50' (15m) for 1080p resolution digital signals.

Featuring a maximum data transfer rate of up to 2.25Gbps, the repeater supports HDMI v1.4 signals with Deep Color, x.v.Color, Lip Sync, HDMI uncompressed audio channels, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD, CEC and 3D pass-through. Using EDID pass-thru, the PT-101Hxl passes the EDID/HDCP signals from source to display for efficient communication with the display.

It can be powered via the HDMI signal and offers best performance when used with the AC adaptor (included). In addition, 4 units can be mounted side-by-side in 1U rack space with the optional RK-4PT rack adaptor.
