About Kramer Electronics TP-185

The Kramer Electronics TP-185 is a twisted pair transmitter for computer graphics, unbalanced stereo audio and RS-232/RS-485 signals. The unit takes up to eight channels of signals and transmits them over eight twisted pair outputs to compatible twisted pair receivers. The TP-185 also works as the ideal companion to an eight output matrix switcher - easily converting the outputs to CAT 5.
