Lots of room for my Canon 50d with a 70-200m lens! Full rain protection during football and softball games.

I have a Canon 7D with a battery grip and typically shoot outdoors with a 24-70mm f/2.8L or 70-200mm f/2.8L - the 7-15 inch model fits awesome for either lens. I've heard of people using a bread bag, shower cap, or similar to protect their rig in bad weather. For me, I think it's silly not to find something proportional to your total investment.

I use this jacket on a D300 with grip, 70-200mm lens with TC. It works as advertised in that it keeps the camera dry. The back end of the jacket - the viewfinder end has a large opening that is difficult to get positioned over the viewfinder while still staying closed to protect the camera. I will be modifying mine to provide a smaller opening for the viewfinder only. While it's not perfect, if you don't have anything else, then it's worth the cash.

Pro Storm Jacket Camera Covers are the most compact and portable camera protection you can carry with you everywhere you go . . . so you won't hesitate to use it anytime the camera is going to get wet, dirty, or sit in the sun. They are perfect for live shots setups, locker room celebrations, shooting in rain, drizzle, snow, and dusty or dirty environments.
They aren't meant to replace heavy-duty covers and rain slickers costing hundreds of dollars when you really need that level of protection. Pro Storm Jackets can be slipped on and off in less than 5 seconds, which means you'll actually use them when you'd otherwise just let the camera get wet because you didn't want to struggle with a bulky cover.
When you're done with it, just shake it off, stuff it back into its zippered case, and shove it in a pocket. The cover and case together only weigh about 2-5 ounces depending on the model.
The Medium size (recommended for most customers) works well for short lenses up through 300-400mm f/2.8. Measure your camera/lens from the rear of the body to the front of the lens. If it's 7"-15", this is the cover for you.
The Large size is built for very long lenses. Measure your camera/lens from the rear of the body to the front of the lens. If it's 14"-23", this is the cover for you...but, you might want to get a smaller size to go with it.
The XL Xtra Large size is built for extra long len ses. Measure your camera/lens from the rear of the body to the front of the lens . If it's 14"-27", this is the cover for you...but, you might want to get a smal ler size to go with it.
The XXL Xtra Xtra Large size is built for extra extra long lenses. Measure your camera/lens from the rear of the body to the front of the lens. If it's 14"-31", this is the cover for you...but, you might want to get a smaller size to go with it.
The PRO ModeL is very similar to the Standard Model, except it adds a velcro opening on the bottom to accommodate the attachment of a tripod or monopod. Then velcro can be closed to make a very water resistant seal. This opening on the bottom also makes it easier to focus your lens manually. NOTE: PRO Models do not come in the small size, and are only available in Black and Camo colors.
