Great, solid step up into pro tripods

The tripod I had before this was flimsy,[*] construction and would actually shake around if the wind was too strong. Of course, this tripod blows that other one out of the water. It is absolutely solid, the materials are excellent where I can see mostly metal with some sturdy plastic. I did have to tighten the bolt that held the quick-release plate to the ball-head but that wasn't a problem since I have hex kit-- so keep in mind the potential annoyance had I not had one.

Designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding photographer, the Alta+ aluminum alloy tripod offers a magnesium alloy canopy and head. The legs can all be adjusted individually to 3 different angles (25° 50° 80°) for uneven terrain and low angle shooting.
