Adorama VIP Extended Protection Benefit Summary
Eligible products purchased during your Adorama VIP Membership are automatically covered for an additional one (1) year following the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty.
The Extended Protection Benefit covers mechanical & electrical failures that would normally be covered by the original manufacturer's written warranty

• Cellular Phone

To be eligible for the Extended Protection Plan, products must:
• Have a minimum valid, 90 day parts and labor manufacturer's warranty.
• Be purchased new at Adorama during your VIP Membe rship period.
• Used non-commercially and in a single family dwelling.

The following documentation is required to obtain coverage on your eligible product:
• Original sales receipt, itemized with eligible product information.
• Original manufacturer's warranty card for eligible product.
• Maintenance records (if applicable).
• Manufacturer, Model and Serial Number
Filing a claim is easy:
• Immediately contact the Customer Care Team at 1.877.659.6518 to report your failure. Claims must be filed within the benefit coverage period.
• Provide the product's sales receipt and original manufacturer's warranty card.
• Once your claim is verified, your item will be repaired or replaced. The Extended Protection Benefit will never pay out more than the original purchase price of your covered product.
• The Customer Care Team will direct you to a manufacturer authorized service provider.
• In most cases, the Extended Protection Benefit will pay the authorized service provider directly
