great customer service

Pleased with the Vivitar polarizer but my kudos primarily go the Adorama customer service department. The original order was lost/mis-delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. (Their tracking showed the package as being delivered -- and I suppose it was, it just wasn't delivered to the right address.) After trying to go through proper Post Office channels (calling twice, being on hold for more than 30 minutes and then being told someone would call me back in 48 hours -- and they never did), I contacted the customer service department at Adorama and a new polorizer was sent out immediately. And this one arrived at the correct address.
