The WD My Passport Edge 500GB USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive is an external portable hard drive that features a 500GB capacity and USB 3.0 connectivity. It also features password protection and hardware encryption. It is USB powered, so no external adapter or unsightly wires are needed. Although it is formatted for use with PC computers right from the box, it can be reformatted to work with Macs.
