Whether shooting in the studio, on location in the desert, or on the move filming a sports event, the Spiderlite TD3 offers continuous light that you can take anywhere. Portability and power in a complete system under 10 pounds. The Spiderlite TD3 can operate off of any standard 120 or 220 volt outlet as well as run DC using a battery pack and inverter. All of this convenience is available without changing lamps.

The Spiderlite TD3 allows you to run either three 50-watt Tungsten Halogen lamps, three 27-watt Daylight Balanced Fluorescent Lamps, or two Studio Strobes with Modeling Lamp. Change your light source, light output, color temperature or environmental temperature instantly. Two separate controls on the back of the Spiderlite TD3 allow you to run from 1-3 lamps. You can quickly change lighting ratio without changing color temperature.

The Spiderlite TD3 is constructed of solid metal no plastic to break. Rod points are built directly into the light head for attachment of the 12" x 16" Soft Box (included in this kit). Larger Soft Boxes and Stripbanks may be attached through Westcott's #3520 standard adapter ring framework that simply slides over the outside housing of the Spiderlite TD3. Each unit also comes standard with a telescoping handle allowing the unit to be quickly and easily hand held.

The Spiderlite TD3 is constructed to be a true on location light. Take power and the Spiderlite TD3 anywhere you go with Westcott's new portable sealed Lead Acid or NiCd (Nickel Cadmium) Battery Packs and 400W Inverter. This kit with the included 400watt inverter is designed for use in connection with your existing previously owned battery. Available Optional battery packs in combination with the 400watt inverter, using the optional custom designed carry case, can quickly and easily attach to a light stand or can be carried over the shoulder. Complete kits offer up to 90 minutes of continuous battery power weighing under 10 pounds.
