Zacuto Z-BMUL Ultra Lite

The Zacuto Z-BMUL Blackmagic Ultra Lite for Blackmagic Cinema Camera combines a Top Handle assembly with two 15mm rods, 7 inches long each, to provide you with a Handle to carry and to shoot from low angles with and with rods to attach a follow focus and matte box to (to attach them upside down to).

The base of the entire assembly is a 5 inch Z-Rail and this base is what the assembly attaches to the camera by, by means of two included 1/4"-20 screws. And to the Z-Rail connect the remaining components. The main of these is the Handle. It attaches to (and removes from) the Z-Rail by quick-release lever and it can be attached facing front or back. Once it's attached, you can, very usefully, slide it from side to side along Z-Rail's 5 inches and tighten it into the position where you find balance to be best. Close to each end of the Z-Rail attaches a Z-Rail Slide Mount, with the purpose of holding tight the 7 inch rods, doing so also by lever. And that's the entire assembly.

For further extending the assembly, you'll find along the height of the Handle screw-holes for mounting more accessories and running through the Handle is a short 15mm rod that's threaded on both its ends for adding rod extensions or various compatible accessories, like Zacuto's T-Mount or Tri-Mount.
