Windows support announced for five new cameras

Version 6.1.2 has 81 new DxO Optics Modules and supports Pentax K-7, Sony A-500 and 550, and Panasonic DMC-LX3 and GH1.

Boulogne, France -- DxO Labs today released version 6.1.2 of DxO Optics Pro for Windows, adding support for 5 new cameras, in both in its Standard and Elite editions:

    * Pentax K-7
    * Sony Alpha DSLR-A500
    * Sony Alpha DSLR-A550
    * Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3
    * Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1.

This release also improves stability and removes a color cast at very high ISO for Nikon and Pentax cameras.

In addition, 81 new DxO Optics Modules are now available to DxO Optics Pro users, covering the Canon 7D, 20D, 30D, 40D, 50D, REBEL XTi/400D, DIGITAL REBEL XSi/450D and REBEL T1i/500D; Fuji S5; Nikon D200, D300, D300s, D50, D3000, D5000 and D80; Panasonic LX3 and GH1; Pentax K-7; and Sony A230, A330, A500 and A550.

The initial selection of DxO Optics Modules for newly-supported cameras will soon be extended. Check out the roadmap of future DxO Optics Modules here.
