A much cheaper option for folks who don't have Photoshop is Quicktime Pro. You can open image sequences and crop, export, etc. That's what I've been using, since I didn't realize until today that Photoshop could create a video :) That's how I created this video (with titles added in Final Cut Pro): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSjHw7rzJ5M
