Sneak peak web site launched
By Mason Resnick
March 24, 2010
The CS5 launch teaser site lets users register for the launch event, which will last around 30 minutes. I have an inkling that CS5 will include Photoshop CS5. Thanks to some sneak peak videos that have just been posted on YouTube, the curtain has been lifted just enough so you can see one of the probable key new features to appear in the next version of Photoshop.
According to a video posted on YouTube by Bryan O'Neill Hughes, a product manager for Photoshop, there will be a patch mesh technology in a future version of Photoshop that will be content aware and can fill in complex backgrounds when you delete an object so it looks natural, as well as intelligent spot healing, an improvement over the healing tool in Photoshop CS4. It looks awesome.
