misinformation about using IS/VR for sports

IS or VR is a detriment to capturing quality sports action because it slows focus speed, not to mention the fact that it's not needed at high shutter speeds (over 1/300)

Welcomed Lesson

I'm a motorcyclist and I have always wanted to photograph the races at a local track. Now I know what to use and how to use it.

Had a question

I've a question, When we shoot Sports Video (for Slow mo) in PAL mode, is that AI Servo mode perfect for Canon 9point AF system Cameras(60D or T2i)? if it is not, what kinda Focus mode we have to chose on 9point AF system cameras like 60D . .?
