This week Mark will show us the California sunbounce, which is a collapsible aluminum frame that can be easily assembled and combined with different reflecting, light-reducing, or light-absorbing screens to take full advantage of any kind of light, hard or soft, natural or artificial.

Mark demonstrates how easily it can be put together, and what other accessories you will need to properly operate this large light modifier. He then goes in the field to photograph a model using the California Sunbounce.

Works but if there is wind ....

I have used this on beach shoots and it does make a huge difference. Two problems: a) can't use it horizontally and b)if there is the slightest of wind this is a giant sail and it will become very uncontrollable especially with the extention arm.
