Audio Lag Problems?

Thanks for this great intro Mark! Couple quick questions just to verify my understanding.. When you first located the slate "click' was that audio from the camera's built in mic? Then when you sync'd up the external audio (and eliminated the original) is there any lag with the video? It was hard to tell from the clip but I thought I saw the audio ever so slightly off. Is that possible and how would you adjust it if so. Thanks again - Really enjoying the whole series.

Complex but very useful

The article covered a lot of material but was an excellent introduction to what must be done to edit a video and synchronize with audio
