Alex B...Mark did mention in the beginning of the video that all of the shots were taken by moonlight only so there was no flash involved. Also, the people shot was only a 3 second exposure which makes it fairly easy for them to hold still.

to shoot on a tripod at night, is nothing new. to light people on the foreground one has to use a flash. no word on that.

I love night photography as well. Love the shots, they are night turned into day. Did the group of people in the one shot stand still for four minutes??? If they did, they qualify as manakin's.
