Wi-Fi remote control, video streaming, time lapse among new features

The GoPro HD Hero2, which will list for $299.99, features several tech upgrades over its predecessor, including 11MP image capture, full 1080p HD video, and the WiFi BacPac, which lets you control the camera via a Wi-Fi remote and communicate with smartphones, tablets and computers. It will also broadcast from any Wi-Fi hotspot.The camera will be available in Surf, Motorsports, and Outdoor editions with housings optimized for each use. Pre-orders are being accepted now; credit cards will not be charged until orders are shipped.
