The Photographer's Ephemeris is way cool

Steven Trainor's new freeware program, the Photographer's Ephemeris is supercool. Simply put, this program tells you when and when the sun and moon rise and sets on any given day at any given location and overlays the rise and fall of the heavenly spheres on Google Maps. Want to know what days the sun will rise straight up your street? Here's how to find out!

Built on the Adobe Air platform, this freeware program runs on Mac, Win, and Linux, so long as the equally free Adobe Air utility is installed–which, of course, Trainor links to from his Ephemeris Page.
