Well made, smooth operating and easy to use.  I would have rated it with 5 stars except that the camera mount quick release swiveled too easily on the camera, even when the mounting screw was torqued down hard. I had to add some rubberized material to the top of quick release plate -between the camera and the top of the plate - to hold heavy telephoto lenses securely. It now works very well.

One minor flaw easily fixed

This is a well designed and light Gimbal Head. The build quality is outstanding. The action is silky smooth and greatly adjustable. I use it with my Sony A9 and Sony 200-600mm. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality gimbal head.

Solid construction and excellent quality

I have used the Benro Gimbal Head once since receiving, but I am quite satisfied with this purchase. Admittedly, I need a bit more practice with this newfound movement since I had been swinging camera and tripod up and off the ground prior to getting this Gimbal when tracking! It was so easy to change out the head on my carbon fiber tripod of another brand.

I got this for my 150-600mm lens. Works great and easy to balance. Very happy with it as my lens gets heavy.

Easy to set up and use.

Excellent product. It is beautifully crafted and very light. Very easy to use. I have Benro Series II Tripod also and it was very easy to remove the ball-head  on the tripod and mount the Gimbal. It sure helps me with my bird photography. No more stress or pain on the arms or neck using the big zoom lens and excellent panning to capture the birds in flight. Thanks Benro and Adorama for the excellent packing and quick delivery.

Excellent product

The QR plate should have a thin covering of rubber-like material that other manufactures have on their QR plates.  I could not keep the screw tight on it.  I finally put some Vibra-Tite VC-3 on the screw threads and it doesn't come loose anymore.  
The Gimbal Head itself is working GREAT.
I highly recommend it.

It’s very light weight and the action is as very smooth.  This is definitely a quality piece of gear.
