Zink printer coming in late '07
Remember Zink? Back in February the startup company announced a portable, inkless printer device that appeared to be a digital successor to Polaroid. Now, according to the Zink web site, the device is starting to take shape. It now is an integrated 7MP digital camera with a 3x optical zoom, a 2-inch display, and an SD memory card slot--plus a built-in printer that spits out 2x3-inch borderless prints.
Zink also announced that the camera/printer will be available in "late 2007."
