Canon debuts PowerShot E1 for teens, tweens
Canon today unveiled a new camera that's the first in a new line designed for teenagers and pre-teens. A basic 10MP model with a 4x optical zoom lens, a 2.5-inch LCD monitor, and 17 shooting modes, the PowerShot E1 has optical image stabilization, face detection, red-eye fix, and an "Easy" mode, which is what it sounds like. It also has a video mode for aspiring YouTube vloggers. The camera runs on AA batteries and come in powderpuff blue, pink (shown), and white, and will retail for around $199.99.
