How do I register?

On each Workshop page there is a clickable button that takes you to secure page where you are prompted to complete a registration form and provide your credit card information.

You can charge your Workshop to a major credit card, specifics are on the registration site.
You can also register in the Adorama store at 42 West 18th Street.
And by contacting Carl Nilson, Monday-Thursday from 9AM - 6PM at 212-741-0401 ext. 2216 or through his email: carln@adorama.com and he will respond to you promptly.

Why do you need my email and phone number?

You will receive your confirmation by email and you will need to bring a printout of the confirmation with you to the class.
And in case we need to contact you on short notice because we need to cancel or reschedule a
Workshop due to an emergency, inclement weather or instructor illness, having multiple ways of reaching
you will hopefully lessen any inconveniences.

Cancellation Policy:

Please be advised that Workshop events are subject to cancellation at any time, due to circumstances beyond our control, and without notice.
While Adorama and the Workshops@Adorama will make every effort to contact registered attendees, advance notice will not always be possible, and therefore Adorama is not responsible for any expenses incurred by registered attendees due to cancellation of the Workshop event.

If you need to cancel a Workshop:

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 1 week before the start of your Workshop.
You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel 1 week before the start date of your Workshop.
There will not be a refund if you cancel 24 hours before the start of your Workshop.
For refunds, you would contact Carl Nilson, Monday-Thursday from 9:00AM - 6:00PM at 212-741-0401 ext. 2216 or through his email: carln@adorama.com and he will respond to you promptly.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a Workshop:

You will receive a full refund credited back in the same manner as you paid.

Attending a Workshop:

In choosing a Workshop, please review the course description, requirements and the skill level that it is geared for.
And in consideration of your fellow attendees and the instructor, please note the starting time, we will begin each
Workshop promptly. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early for your Workshop, we have a slow-moving elevator!

Where is Adorama?

Adorama is located in Manhattan’s Flatiron District at 42 West 18th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues see map.
Most classes will take place on the 5th floor of the Adorama building.

Travel Directions:

Adorama is accessible by public transportation
By Subway: Please be sure to check for any schedule advisories
Take the    to 14th Street and 6th Avenue
Take the   to 23rd Street and 6th Avenue
Take the   to 23rd Street at Broadway
Take the        to Union Square
Take the    to 18th Street and 7th Avenue
Take the    to 14th Street and 8th Avenue

From the Port Authority: (NJ Transit and Other Buses)
Follow the signs inside the Port Authority to the passageways that connect the terminal with the        
   lines going downtown.
See the stops above.

From Penn Station (Long Island Railroad, NJ Transit and Amtrak trains)
Follow the signs in the station to the       lines going downtown, see the stops above. Or leave the station and walk east to 6th Avenue at Herald Square and take the       downtown; see the stops above.

From Grand Central:
Take the    downtown to Union Square.
Walk west towards the Adorama building, at 42 West 18th Street.

From the PATH train:
Take it to the 14th Street stop.
Walk north on 6th Avenue to 18th Street, Adorama is at 42 West 18th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues.

Parking:

For Sunday classes, there is street parking available if you get there early.
Please make sure you check all the posted parking signs!
There are a number of outdoor and indoor parking lots in the area within walking distance, and at varying rates.

Dining:

Within a few short blocks are diners, pizza parlors, sandwich shops and a bagel store; however, none of these are Kosher at this time. If you require Kosher food, please check here: http://www.shamash.org/kosher
