Event Description:

Adobe offers a complete solution for creating, distributing and monetizing video—on air, online, and on device.

From planning to playback, Adobe delivers a complete solution for creating and distributing video content. Combining unmatched creative control with industry-leading support for tapeless workflows — including the popular RED camera — and forward-looking technologies that enable you to deliver your work to virtually any screen, Adobe's video solutions give you a competitive advantage.

For creative professionals, Adobe® Creative Suite® 4 Production Premium software offers everything you need to transform your ideas into compelling content for any screen. From the superior tapeless support in Adobe Premiere® Pro and the industry-standard motion graphics and visual effects tools in Adobe After Effects® to the interactive authoring power of Adobe Flash® Professional to integrated XMP metadata support, Production Premium enables you to create for whatever media you imagine. Production Premium also combines Adobe Photoshop® CS4 Extended, Illustrator®, and Soundbooth®.

Steve will show you how to:

  • Work with unparalleled efficiency, so you have more time to craft your vision
  • Capture valuable XMP metadata from your camera, and accumulate key information throughout the production process for intelligent media management
  • Use new Speech Search technology in Adobe Premiere® Pro and Soundbooth® to turn spoken dialog into metadata, making it easy to find particular clips and make video assets searchable
  • Shoot footage directly to disk from non-file-based cameras with redesigned Adobe OnLocation™ CS4
  • Import and natively edit a wide variety of tapeless formats — including RED, P2, XDCAM EX and HD, and AVCHD — without transcoding or rewrapping in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4
  • Deliver on film, on video, on DVD and Blu-ray Disc, online, and on mobile devices
  • Use After Effects CS4 including an introduction and workflow overview
  • Use Photoshop for video and new 3D features
  • Edit audio and eliminate unwanted noise and sounds easily
