Description
Canon drew inspiration from the very first ELPH and designed the Powershot SD1000 Digital ELPH, and came up with a slim, clean-lined and fully flat model. The SD1000 Digital ELPH sports a 7.1 megapixels lens, a 3x optical zoom and advanced DIGIC III to ensure top-quality images. Moreover, it helps in fast focus and automatic red-eye correction. The large LCD screen now has a tough, anti-reflective coating that makes it highly durable. The 7.1 megapixel CCD helps in capturing images with high resolution offering you enough detail to enlarge and crop at will.
The DIGIC III technology helps the camera capture superior quality shots with optimum resource usage. Due to this the camera performs efficiently and the battery life gets significantly enhanced. What's more, DIGIC III enables Canon's newly improved Face Detection Technology and Red-eye Correction to give you better, more true-to-life shots. Simply press the Shutter Button halfway down, and the Powershot SD1000 Digital ELPH automatically pinpoints the faces in the scene and chooses the ideal focus point.
The camera's Genuine Canon 3x optical zoom not only gets you in close, it even allows you to capture images with utmost clarity and brilliance. The camera's wide 2.5-inch LCD screen lets you better compose a shot, whether you're shooting, reviewing or playing back your photos. The screen is extra-durable, tough, with a scratch-resistant coating, and is a PureColor LCD screen that helps in getting a crisp, clear picture to make shooting, playback and using the camera's menu functions convenient. Clear and bright, it also features Night Display for easy viewing in low light. |
