First off, it's a nearly perfect product. The build is very solid, the gear is lightweight for extended-listening comfort, the materials are nice and connector/cable are unique. The sound is clear. It just REALLY lacks the lowest of bass response. You can tell these do not produce the 20hz tones it claims to offer through featured specifications. I would venture to say it stops 'revealing' the spectrum from 50-90 hertz. More importantly, I bought these for the rare occasion that I plug into a jack that outputs MONO signals; because, these offer that patented ASM technology that would know to turn the incoming audio into dual-stereo to feed each ear sound. Sadly, this system could use some work. The Left ear-cup (which has the cable attached from there) actually sounds louder than the right ear, when plugged into mono audio sources. This is too bad, it had great potential; instead, I'll stick to an external adapter to tweak single-channel sounds so that they split into headphone-ready sources. Overall, I am happy to use these, because they don't let out a lot of the sound at healthy listening levels, in other words- insignificant bleed! The heavy-duty bag is useful.
