We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy self-service return process.

Returning an Item
- Please download and fill out the return Merchandise Form and include it in the return along with a copy of the original invoice.
- Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.
- Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.
- Securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box. Do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

Return Policy
For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply download and fill out the Return Merchandise form. All returns must meet our guidelines.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice.
Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
Please allow up to eight business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
Important Note for international customers: Please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.
Items that cannot be returned
Items from the following categories may not be returned once opened:
- Software, Film, Paper, DVDs and video tapes, Bulbs and flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Memory cards, Any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack"
TV Return Policy:
- TV's Up to and including 47" All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.) You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.
- TV's over 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.
Items from the following categories may not be returned:
- Printers cannot be returned once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed.
- Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.
- Underwater photography equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
- Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.
If the above conditions are not met, Adorama has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
