Compared against an Avenger E200 it is of lesser quality but costs just slightly over 1/3 the price. The Avenger is perfect dimensionally Junior = 1&1/8 inch, Baby = 5/8 inch, Baby mount indent = 3/4 inch long, Weight = 21.55oz. Savage CS-BP Junior = 15/16 inch, Baby = 39/64 inch, Baby mount indent = 9/16 inch long, Weight = 18.62oz. It mounts much more loosely in the stands junior receiver but once locked down it holds tightly. Strobe heads that I have mounted to the baby end fit well and hold securely. I file a flat spot on the baby end of all my studs to keep things from turning. This pin was solid steel through the small amount I filed off.
