Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
Kenneth A  I phoned ahead and found out the plate includes 4 screws. I would not order it without being sure the screws were included, since they are essential. Please send me extra screws if you can, since the screws tend to work themselves loose and I've already lost some previously due to that problem. Thank you.
