The Aputure DEC Vari-ND is a wireless remote adapter that allows you to attach Canon EF-mount lenses to MFT-mount cameras. In addition to retaining all the features of previous DEC adapters, it is also equipped with an electronic variable ND filter, ranging from ND8 to ND2048. Multiple steps of light adjustment allow you to shoot with a wide-open aperture in bright light. It can also help to achieve cinematographic depth of field, bringing more creativity and flexibility to your films.  No Color Shift, No X Pattern  The DEC Vari-ND has an optical design. It uses industry-standard lens and coating technologies. The high transparency of the crystal lens assembly can reach up to 98%. The adapter produces neutral colors with no shifting that traditional ND filters cause. There is also no polarization, which can sometimes create the "X" pattern on your footage.  Retains All DEC Features  The DEC Vari-ND is compatible with all native Canon EF/EF-S lenses and MFT-mount cameras. The part I DO like is the ability to remotely change aperture, start/stop recording and pulling focus, all from one source.  When I'm filming w/o a 2nd crew member, this is just about a must.
What I DONT like is how the wireless sensor fits loosely to the converter, the handgrip clamp does NOT clamp tightly (no matter how tight I've clamped it) and moves when I'm maneuvering my Ronin MX, and that I cannot change aperture.  Even though this is a great must-have for a single operator, I STILL want to have ability for all on-camera adjustments.

If they change these few aspects, then I'd give it a 5-Star and 100% glowing review.
