Barn Doors make it easy to feather the light to control ratio and graduation; to shield light from the background; and to protect stray light from creating lens flare.Norman BD45 Barn Doors fit all Norman 5" diameter reflectors including; the 5DL, 5DL-RP, FQ5-TC Flashtube/Reflector assembly and the 2D reflector types for our battery portable lamp- heads.For totally accurate barn door control, we recommend that the RP-1 Diffusion Dome be used in the reflector. This causes the modeling lamp and the flashtube to be optically aligned for totally accurate previewing.
