I use it for skateboarding footages, no need to apply stabilizer in Final Cut again.

I keep making the mistake of not inquiring before making a purchase. I bought yet ANOTHER GIMBAL THAT MOMENT DOES NOT SUPPORT ON THEIR NATIVE APP. Before making any purchases from now on I'm going to be making sure they're compatible. I'm sure the other apps are fantastic, however anything I buy from seeing on Moment I buy with the intent of it being used with Moment apps and accessories. This is actually very disappointing but nevertheless I'm excited to use it.

Lesson learned. Inquire first.

Great Gimbal

The DJI Osmo 6 is the first gimbal I've ever used, so I don't know how to compare it with competing products. It holds the phone steady in all of its modes and is great for walking and shooting video. It works well with the Moment lenses and filters as long as you use the counterweights. I wish it were a bit more spontaneous. Sometimes it has to be re-balanced, and that requires a flat surface, so if you're walking and you decide to start using it, it may be off-kilter until you can find a flat surface to calibrate it. It does NOT yet work with the Moment app, and I heard from support that the app team is focusing on other priorities for the time being.

Great device!

A good stabilizer. There is a lot of function for creative videos, but I didn't like the DJI Mimo app for video shooting, I'm waiting for moment to add support for this gimble to their app. About the cons: it holds only a small weight, the moment case, anamorph and 67 nd filter are already too heavy for it; the native application is very average in video quality compared to the moment. A little tip to make a movement with a vertical panorama, hold the handle horizontally.

This is by far the best gadget for beginner to advanced photographers that use their cellphone as a primary form of photography. It is a must have item in a photographers toolbox.

A Must Have

If you don't want iPhone's stabilizer crop and want to keep your stabilized footage in 4K, this gimbal will be your best friend. Impressively well built. Packs up small. Great features with the DJI Mimo app, although, I'm still waiting for support for Filmic Pro. Even without the bluetooth connectivity, this still functions as a pretty solid mobile stabilizer with a motor strong enough to balance a mobile lens.

Does not improve video capture that much above the standard video stabilizer.
