I use the product for running. It is great to clip on a sleeve or hold in your hand (not too cumbersome). I would recommend the arm band strap, I intend to buy as well, but it isn't necessary or a must. Easy to use, scroll through songs, great sound, great for what it is. A small, cute media player.
