I purchased a Sharp Aquos LCD 37 inch TV about 18 months ago (online). At the time of purchase I was offered an extended warranty from Mack Camera.
About 2 weeks ago the audio went out on my Sharp. I contacted Mack Camera. They emailed me some forms to complete (be sure to keep good records of your purchase!), faxed them back and within 3 days I had someone from an authorized Sharp repair shop come to my home to pick up my TV and have it repaired. The entire bill, including the home visit, was paid by Mack Camera. I'm in the market for a larger LCD and you can bet that a Mack Camera Warranty will be part of my purchase!
