i needed a wire that would go from my mackie mixer to my qsc amp, both are rack mounted and the inputs are on top of the mixer. I have mixer on a slide out shelf in an skb box. the right angle connector is great because I was able to connect without having plugs that stick up so high that I would have needed a bigger case. I was glad to see that Hosa makes this kind of cable in this length. I would have preferred livewire, but they didn't have anytging to suit my needs. I have hheard that hosa is poor quality and they break easy, but so far they sound great and I always carry spares, so I have to say I'm glad I got them.
