I didn't want to spend a lot but I wanted a good name brand 1080p LCD that was at least +46" and that's exactly what I got with this TV. My only complaints are the sound quality isn't great and there's no internet connectivity, but I can work around those problems. The picture quality is excellent and I've been really impressed with how good SD channels look. Xbox 360 looks amazing and I watch a lot of EPL football too which looks equally awesome. I don't like turning on 120Hz with the cinema pulldown though, that makes the framerate look a little off, like it's way too smoothed out or something. So I simply use either the 24p cinema mode for movies, or I turn that off and turn on 120hz for video games and sports. I was able to dial in the picture settings myself pretty easily as it did need some adjusting out of the box.

I got a great deal on this TV from Adorama, and based on what I have seen so far I do not regret my purchase. The picture is good, though not as good as the entry level Sony's or Samsung's, which I consider excellent. There is a slight motion blur in fast action scenes, but not enough to complain about. The only gripes I have are the mediocre to poor audio quality.
I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for a set with a great screen size value and some great features, but who doesn't want to break the bank.
