This is a great tv. It is used in a bedroom with a homemade HTPC. XBox and PS3 is also attached. Quick response times for fast games and movies. The colors are nice and brilliant and blacks are black using only the default Standard setting. It replaced a Sony 42" tv that made a great room heater during the winter. Or any night, for that matter. This tv is much cooler even though it is much bigger. Once you got used to how the remote works, there is no problem with it and it even has a button to turn on a backlight for it.
The only grumble would be that it was discontinued the day after we got it. Man, that was quick.

This is one very nice TV. Picture quality is excellent although it does need some tweaking out of box. I can't speak for the audio since I run everything from my receiver.[...]
