Having owned the Monster Turbine and the Shure 115's, these are definitely a far superior set of earphones. I use these while flying to block out the conversations and air noise, and also while running and working out. Very comfortable for hours, no feeling of strain on the ears. I have not used these about 27 hours thus far, and the sound only gets better with each use. Recommend trying different ear tips to get the best seal and comfort fit. I like to use them in the over ear position, I get less movement of the earphones while running...personal preference. Although these are expensive, I think they are worth the price.
