The quality of the picture & sound is fantastic. We were able to set it up within a very short time & no, we are Not technicians. There is no glare fron the sunlight on the screen. Mainly used for sports & movies. Biggest problem is remembering which control button controls what..

I upgraded my 50 inch Hitachi rear projection TV with this Panasonic plasma model. I am ecstatic about the results. The slim cabinet, stunning color and no motion artifact are clear winners. I have north facing windows with shades so reflection from the screen is not a problem. I also like the fact that the image is viewable from extreme angles.

The Panasonic TH-50PZ80U 50 is awesome.

This replaced our old 50" Hitachi TV. There is no comparison. Wish we had not waited so long to buy it. I know we got a great price, received terrific service [...] My cable company came out and set it up for free. The Blu-Ray player is a must, simply exceptional quality.
