I use the product to record rehearsals for learning the music for the choir I sing with. It is good @ work to listen to music while working without worrying about hanging on to it or having to use hands to walk about.

To get full use you have to get rhapsody on your computer, the cd that comes with it does NOT come with the program its a short cut to the web to download it. If you have internet fine but if like me you don't the 8gb internal memory will not be able to use. The way around it is to take a micro-sd put in the divice to format the remove put on the XP PC and move the files, then back to the mp3. If I wanted this much trouble I would have gotten an ipod.
