Bought for Christmas for a granddaughter, quit working within the first month. shipped back for warranty in January 2009, Snapbox at 160 West 28th St. New York, NY will not respond to emails, phone calls you are asked to call back and ask for Sol, leave messages, they will not return calls. Do not buy this product.

Won the Snapbox X200 at an work Awards banquet. Was so happy, and then so disappointed. The USB port did not seem to fit the Snapbox or the plug used to charge it. Tried to charge it, but not successful. Would never charge. Wasted money and since I won it, I have no receipt to return it ! Please do not buy, save your money.
