Comments about Simmons Simmons Yardage Master, 6 x 24 Roof Prism Laser Rangefinder, 800 Yard Range:

Used my Yard Master 800 two times. Second time I used it, some display segments and the crosshairs would not light up. I had thrown my receipt away, so Meade/Simmons wanted $85.00 to repair it. I checked reviews at the place I bought it and there were numerous complaints on this product for the same reason. [...] I threw mine away and bought a Nikon. My reward is going to product reviews and telling everyone what a piece of junk it is. I also had a new Simmons scope that I could not sight in and they wanted $85.00 to fix/replace it, even though it had a limited life time warranty. Good luck if you buy any Simmons products. Jim
