Having hunted big game animals for the last 40 years I learned to use dependable equipment. This is the scope I have used successfully hunting for caribou, elk, mule deer, and will take to Africa hunting for leapard, and plains game animals. When I invest huge amounts to go on hunts I won't compromise on equipment. I have tested Alpen scopes extensively..with huge caliber rifles and never had any reticle problems. That is something I can't say for some scopes that cost much more. I have had this modle scope in the worst of weather conditions, through the hardest of travel and had no problems what so ever. No fog, no moisture, and retained accuracy through years of tests. Save some bucks and get the same dependability so you can make yet another hunt! Simply put...The Most for the Money. I don't work for, and am not compensated by Alpin in any way. I only use what I believe in. I paid more $$ than this for mine.
